1. Payment Security

At Pharmayo, we take your financial security seriously. We do not store full credit card details, banking credentials, or PayPal login credentials on our servers. Online payments are processed through approved secure payment providers, including Thawani and PayPal, using encrypted connections and provider-controlled authorization flows.

2. Data Collection

We collect the information needed to fulfill your order and support payment verification, including your name, delivery details, phone number, email address, and order references. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Secure Connection

Our entire website is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, indicated by the padlock icon in your browser address bar.

4. Gateway Records and Fraud Prevention

To reconcile payments, prevent fraud, handle support requests, and process refunds or disputes, we may store limited payment metadata returned by the gateway, such as provider name, transaction references, capture or refund IDs, payment status, and payer email where supplied by the provider. Sensitive credentials remain with the payment provider.

5. Payment Currency Handling

Our store prices, shipping, discounts, and order records are calculated in OMR. If you choose PayPal, the payable amount shown before authorization may be charged in USD using our configured exchange rate at checkout. We retain the original OMR order total together with the gateway currency reference for audit and support purposes.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. If a payment dispute, reversal, chargeback, or compliance review is opened with the provider, we may share the order information required to investigate and resolve the case in line with applicable law and provider rules.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Vitamins and nutritional supplements (if the package is opened).
  • Beauty and personal care products (if used or opened).
  • Discounted/Sale items (unless there is a factory defect or error in the order).

2. Returnable Products

Products can be returned or replaced only in the following cases:

  • Receipt of a damaged, expired, or incorrect product different from the original order.
  • Defect in packaging that led to damage of the content.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and the original packaging must be unopened.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipping. If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to the return policy mentioned above.

4. Refund Procedures

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or Email within the 15-day period. Please attach your Order Number and photos of the product/packaging.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Cash refunds are not supported. Gateway processing times can vary between Thawani, PayPal, card issuers, and banks.

Once approved, the process usually takes 7-14 working days after we receive the item.

5. Consumer Rights

Pharmayo adheres to all provisions of the Omani Consumer Protection Law. Customers have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority in case of any violation.
