1. Payment Security

At Pharma Store, we take your financial security seriously. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers. All transactions are processed through Thawani Pay, a fully encrypted and regulated payment gateway in Oman.

2. Data Collection

We only collect information necessary to fulfill your order (Name, Location in Sur, Phone Number). We never sell your data to third parties.

Our entire website is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, indicated by the padlock icon in your browser address bar.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Vitamins and nutritional supplements (if the package is opened).
• Beauty and personal care products (if used or opened).
• Discounted/Sale items (unless there is a factory defect or error in the order).

2. Returnable Products

Products can be returned or replaced only in the following cases:

• Defect in packaging that led to damage of the content.
• Timeframe: Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.
• Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and the original packaging must be unopened.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipping. If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to the return policy mentioned above.

4. Refund Procedures

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or Email within the 15-day period. Please attach your Order Number and photos of the product/packaging.

Once approved, the process usually takes 7-14 working days after we receive the item.

5. Consumer Rights

Pharma Store adheres to all provisions of the Omani Consumer Protection Law. Customers have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority in case of any violation.
